Found the remains of a Wood Pigeon's egg.
This chap was on a nearby aerial, looking suspiciously like the culprit.
I've never seen a Carrion Crow wiht such a vicious beak before!

I enjoy your blog photos. I must admit to being a crow fan. While I know that other bird's eggs are part of their diet -- I guess that is just nature. I have a crowd (a murder) of crows that I feed near my house. They are always surprising me with their intelligence.
