Grey Squirrel
One of my birthday books was 'The Mammals of Cheshire'. For the last couple of weeks a Grey Squirrel has turned up for its peanuts to keep us amused though it is not recorded in this 2km square – I must send a record in.
Oh, I do like that squirrel profile! Hoping that grey squirrels aren't running rampant in your garden. We are used to them over here in the States, but understand that they are not so much a majority elsewhere.
Thank you for your comment, and autumn plant i.d. over on my site.
Great to know that you are still visiting, even if I don't post too often.
How beautiful Pensby must be! I different kind of beauy to our North Coast of New South Wales in Australia. Yours is more 'picture book, while ours is more lush/rugged. To each his own eh? June in Oz
